Bio- Kira had been one years old when the earthquake hit Tokyo. He was implanted with one of the crystals. He had lived a average life without knowing about it. When he reached 7 he found out. He had the power to Use his fingers as stretch knifes and can drain energy around him to energize him even nullify pain with energy. With his bloods Electrolytes take the spare energy from the air around him or broken cables really anything with energy flowing out.

He had been diagnosed with Schizophrenia at 5 years old. As he would often complain to his mom about the voice inside his head. He didn't listen to it until it learned how to take control. One day Akui the voice took over and killed his parents. When Kira came back he was scared and turned himself in.

Once he turn himself in the police arrested him on the spot of the murder. He accepted to go to jail. But they sent him to this place. He was scared at first until now Akui does most talking and battle. He usually stays to himself if Kira is out though.
